Challenge
Nuit et Linette faced low conversion rates and limited long-term customer loyalty, which made it difficult to sustain growth in the luxury jewelry market. With a high-ticket product, the customer journey was naturally longer and required multiple touch points before any purchases. However, the company lacked a structured system and therefore failed to nurture leads, could not maintain customer engagement, and potential buyers dropped off before converting.
